Substitution policy

We are committed to offering you carefully selected, high-quality gift items perfectly suited for every occasion. However, due to product availability and potential supply variations (plush toys, candles, teas, herbal teas, mugs, and accessories), a specific item, color, pattern, or detail may not be available at the time of assembly.

In such a case, the item in question will be replaced by an equivalent product—of equal or greater value—while faithfully respecting the spirit, style, color palette, and intention (gentleness, comfort, elegance, or pleasure) of the chosen gift.

Substitutions may include, but are not limited to:

  • colors or patterns of plush toys and accessories;

  • containers, finishes, or visual details of candles and mugs;

  • flavors or blends of teas and herbal teas, when necessary.

Each substitution is made with the utmost care to preserve the harmony, quality, and overall experience of the gift. Our priority remains to offer you a present that meets your expectations, designed to bring joy, touch the heart, and mark the occasion.

You can be assured that every gift is prepared with the same attention, high standard of quality, and intent: to offer a warm, elegant experience perfectly suited to the occasion, whether it is a delicate gesture, a sign of comfort, or a moment to be savored.
