At Fleurs², we take great care to ensure fast, safe deliveries that meet your expectations. Each arrangement is carefully prepared and then entrusted to our team or professional delivery drivers to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver to:

  • Laval
  • North Shore
  • Montreal

Deliveries to the South Shore or other areas may be available upon request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for more remote areas.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the volume of orders and the delivery area.

  • Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before a certain time, subject to availability.
  • For urgent requests, we recommend calling the shop directly.

Deliveries During Special Occasions and Holidays

We deliver on special occasions and holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, the holiday season, Thanksgiving, etc., as well as for your events, including weddings, funerals, celebrations, and corporate occasions.
As these periods are particularly busy, we encourage you to place your order in advance.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

  • We will first attempt to contact them by phone.
  • If there is no response, the arrangement may be left in a secure location and a photo will be sent to you.
  • A second delivery attempt may result in additional fees.
  • Accuracy of Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment number, entry code, name on the doorbell, etc.
Any error that results in a delay or prevents delivery remains the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • The delivery area
  • The distance
  • Availability
  • Exact rates are displayed at checkout or can be confirmed by phone.

Order Verification

Before each delivery, a strict quality control check is performed to ensure that the arrangement meets the expected style, size, and freshness. We take every precaution to keep the floral arrangement intact until it reaches its destination.

Special Conditions

Certain flower varieties may vary depending on the season or market availability. If a substitution is necessary, we select alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style of the arrangement.
